PLANT TREES, CREATE A FUTURE

With the rainy season starting again, we know emergencies are going to come. But the rainy season also gives us more opportunities to work with Haitian farmers and communities to plant seeds and support the lifespan of sed, mango, cashew, cacao, and tamarind seedlings.

Planting, tracking, and caring for trees takes a lot of time, especially since seedlings are spread throughout Haiti’s mountaintops and along drying streams and river banks.

More access to travel and support brings us one step closer to our overall mission of creating self-sustainability and food sovereignty while improving environmental conditions throughout Haiti.
Using Tree Tracker technology by our partners at Greenstand we're able to track the growth of trees and compensate farmers for the seedlings that survive. As we expand and as more farmers plant seedlings, we'll need to cover more ground. A motorcycle is inexpensive, uses less gas, and can reach places vehicles can't.

Would you please support our fundraiser so we can scale our work and provide more regular updates on our work in Haiti?
