As one of the founding members of The Haiti Tree Project, Richard’s been working with the Project for over a decade.

Richard holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Florida and works as a Professor and as the Associate Dean for Faculty and Research at North Carolina State University’s Poole College of Management. He teaches and conducts research in investments and the stock market.

Richard enjoys playing and building guitars, getting out in nature, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher, having completed the RYT 200-hour training.
